The public perception of your personal brand has gotten so important within the last few years that those who ignore it in the professional services industry do so at their peril. When it comes to working solo, anyone who’s had much success as a solopreneur or thought leader will tell you that this stuff is about as fundamentally important as it gets. It’s all about telling your personal story and establishing yourself as a voice within your niche that people will trust and come back to again and again.
In the infographic below, as well as his new book, Kawaski folds all of this under the umbrella term Enchantment. From figuring out how you want to present yourself to making an enchanting impression on all the different people that matter most in your professional network, it looks like he’s really boiled everything down to the essentials here. Personally, I’m pretty excited about checking out the book itself now.
